Thank you for your interest in our programs. I am excited to share my life’s work and would be honored to share your coaching journey with you!

Our Values

Integrated Transformational and Transpersonal Principle Application
Allows us to apply deep coaching techniques as we teach and coach the whole person. Integrating transpersonal techniques with traditional teaching and coaching models allows internal blocks to success be discovered and resolved at a greater depth than basic teaching and coaching models.

Non-Dual Awareness
Non-Dual awareness has been described as an experience of what is happening right here, right now, outside any preconcieved assumptions of what “I” am. The state is described as centerless, allness, oneness. Non-Dual coaching processes support clients in exploring what would be if all they were experiencing was in this very moment. And if that were so, what is true about what they are wanting, about what they have and do not have, and what is true about the next right action? Coaches will be trained in non-dual teachings and personal practices as well as non-dual coaching techniques.

Discovery, development, and integration of the inner person leads to greater personal growth and the sustainability of that growth. Sustainability is increased because goal development is based on internal needs for expression and wholeness and not on performance alone. Students will discover and integrate what their innate spirit is wanting to express both personally and professionally and have the support to actualize the calling of their spirit. This technique has proven to increase the sustainability of change and produce a broader application of the learning over student’s lives.

Holistic Thinking
Holistic thinking requires an assessment of potential unintended consequences before people make changes in their lives. Students will be challenged to research, sense, and envision potential consequences and resolutions before they make changes in their lives based on their ITTC education.

Emotional Intelligence and Wellness
Students will learn basic principles of emotional intelligence and develop awareness of their own internal emotional blocks to success.

ICF Competencies
ITTC is applying for ICF program accreditation and supports the standardization of excellent coaching skills and competencies. Our program meets all ICF requirements.

The Integration of Prior Learning, Professions, and Relationships
Each student’s prior experiences and wisdom are drawn out and incorporated in their individual coaching expression through the creation of their own coaching model and other industry specific coaching tools.

Understanding, Encouragement, and Accountability
Psycho-Spiritual-Emotional safety is imperative for deep learning and the application of that learning. Students will learn how to develop the ability to hold deep presence with their clients through the modeling of that presence by instructors and challenging their comfort levels of being with others deeply. Learning how to hold people accountable for their choices while creating inner safety for themselves and their clients is a developmental task all excellent coaches must master.

Cultural Diversity
We respect that not all cultures and people have the same standards and values for what success means. We teach our students how to be respectfully curious and to hold the coaching conversation free from enculturated agenda so that each student’s and client’s needs and desires can be understood fully by our instructors and coaches.

Our History

In 2007 Elizabeth Sabet PCC, ACLSC, CBC created the SpiritPath coaching model, a comprehensive and transformational transpersonal, holistic coaching model to meet the needs of the whole person and to give space for the inner Self, or transpersonal aspect of oneself to speak, be heard, and integrated into a client’s life. This model uses life coaching practices based on Holistic Principles, Human Development, Spiritual Development, Emotional Intelligence, Adult Learning Theory, and Early Childhood Brain Development Research. In essence, this model begins at the top of Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs.

In 2013 Elizabeth incorporated The Transtheoretical Model (TTM), Spiritual Emergence Research, ICF principles, and adapted and applied them to the core constructs of the SpiritPath model to meet recognized principles of highly effective coaching and ICF qualifications for coaching competency requirements.

May 9, 2016 the first pilot program class at ITTC was taught to pilot program students. The pilot program was conducted and revised through 2018. Further research and revisions were made in 2019 and 2020. The Transformational Transpersonal Master Course opened to the general public on September 1, 2020. The Spiritual Integration Coaching Course opens to the general public on January 15, 2021.


While not every coach wants ICF accreditation,(International Coaching Federation), it is important to us that any coach seeking ICF accreditation can receive it by attending our program. ITTC courses have been created to comply with ICF’s ACTP and ACSTH strict accreditation requirements. Once the first graduating class is completed, ITTC will apply for final ICF accreditation approval. Once the accreditation process is complete and approved, the first graduating class will be grandfathered and eligible to apply for ICF accreditation once they have met ICF’s requirements for client hours.
